HAYS McCONN WELCOMES NEW ATTORNEY TO FIRM 

HOUSTON, TEXAS– Hays McConn is pleased to announce the addition of attorney, Christopher Ruhman, who joined the firm on February 1st. Ruhman focuses on construction litigation, handling the prosecution and defense of issues ranging from lien work, defect and delay claims and foreclosure and bond claims. He also handles commercial disputes between individuals and corporate entities both from a defense and prosecutorial stance. He has been involved with and successfully brought to resolution numerous high stakes cases within construction.
 
A native Houstonian, Ruhman is a 2001 graduate of Texas A&M, where he earned a Bachelor of Science and was a four-year letterman for the Aggies football team. He enjoyed a three-year stint in the National Football League, before attending Valparaiso University College of law, where he obtained his Juris Doctorate in 2007. He is a member of the Houston Bar Association, the State Bar of Texas and the National Football League Alumni Association.
