Sara M. Banks

Sara, a civil trial attorney, represents and defends clients from a variety of industries, including construction, transportation, oil and gas, property management, real estate, insurance, hospitality and maritime. Sara assists clients through every aspect of their legal dispute, whether in litigation or not, and she has experience in, and is prepared to handle, both Federal and Texas state court cases. Sara is also active in the legal community in Texas and the Nation, including the Texas Association of Defense Counsel, Houston Bar Association, Maritime Law Association, Defense Research Institute, and American Bar Association.
