On September 20, 2012, John P. Cahill, Jr., a shareholder at Hays, McConn, Rice & Pickering, P.C., addressed DRI's Annual Construction Law Conference at the Arizona Biltmore in Phoenix, Arizona. Mr. Cahill addressed the assembly of attorneys and industry representatives on a presentation relating to Defense of Design Professionals using statutory and contractual protections. Additionally, Mr. Cahill was asked to be a last minute replacement for the Professional Development Seminars two day presentation to a group of sixty Houston area engineers. Mr. Cahill spoke to the group regarding Engineering Liability and Ethics.
